Registration Policy
All attendees need to have registered and paid in full 72 hours before the start of the Seminar they will attend. Registration and payment will be confirmed by via email.

If you do not receive confirmation, your booking has not been secured.

No late registrations can be catered for and no ‘on the day walk ins’ will be permitted. All seats must be paid for in advance, as no payment will be accepted at the venue. 

Cancellation Policy
Any booking may be cancelled, and you will be refunded providing written notice is given more than 72 hours before start of the Seminar that the booking is for. All cancellations will be confirmed via email. If you do not receive confirmation, your cancellation was not received. An administration fee of ZAR150.00 per person will be deducted in respect of each seat cancelled – your balance will be refunded. No refund will be given for any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the start of the Seminar. No refund will be given for any ‘alleged’ cancellation that was not confirmed by us. 

Non-Attendance Policy
No refund will be given should you fail to attend the Seminar you have registered to attend, and you have failed to cancel your registration as per the above ‘Cancellation Policy’. In the event of non-attendance, your booking is not refundable! 

Transfer of Delegate
Registration may be transferred to another delegate should you be unable to attend provided notice is given more than 72 hours before the start of the Seminar you are due to attend. An administration fee of ZAR150.00 per person will be levied in respect of each affected seat. In either and/or both situations your request must be confirmed by us. Should your request not be possible, you will still receive confirmation of this sad fact. If you do not receive confirmation, your request was not received
